About Founder
With over 15 years of experience, Spencer Carey brings a rare combination of pedigree, discipline, and hands-on investment knowledge. Originally born and raised on a farm in southern Ohio, Spencer graduated from the prestigious Culver Military Academy before relocating to South Florida to pursue his education.
He earned his bachelor’s degree from Lynn University in just 36 months, then completed Lynn’s accelerated MBA in Investment & Financial Management in only 12 months. Spencer has also completed graduate-level executive programs at Harvard Business School, NSU Law, and the University of Florida, focusing on contract law, negotiation mastery, cyber security, AI, and advanced business strategy.
A third-generation real estate professional and serial entrepreneur, Spencer founded SS&Co. as a modern luxury empire—uniting real estate, private aviation, concierge services, investments, and over seven additional companies under one elite, all-in-house brand. SS&Co. was built with a singular purpose: to give clients access to a level of service, strategy, and execution they cannot find anywhere else.
Raised on the fundamentals of property management, acquisitions, land development, and real estate investment, Spencer brings the rare advantage of true ownership experience—not theory. His background spans a Fortune 500 company, three state elected officials, and a parallel career as a professional private aircraft broker, giving him the discretion, network, and high-level operational discipline expected by elite clientele.
